Hi, I’m Nicole Chouette

In the muggle world, I’m a student nearing the end of my studies in Phytotherapy (Phyto=Plant - so Plant-Therapy), otherwise known as a Herbal Medicine. I specialize in mental/psychospiritual health, nervous system issues, and ADHD. I’m a mother of one who lives in a tiny house by the sea and I work in a lively little health shop most days when I’m not out hiking or enjoying other side-quests such as martial arts.

In my other life, I’m a deep explorer of all things consciousness and spirituality, with one foot perpetually between worlds. Herbal Medicine is the tool I professionally use to help individuals navigate their health challenges, but my own healing journey has been influenced by everything from the mystery school traditions and hermetic laws, alchemy, energy medicine, shamanic-like practices, astrology & tarot, human design & the gene keys, a Course in Miracles, and, of course, plant medicine. I speak the language of parts work and soul retrieval, and have the uncanny ability to tap into the karmic shadow parts of others that are waiting to be alchemized. I’ve learned that this can be a great gift in finding the great light that we all possess within us, despite the darkness we may have experienced in our life time.

In exploring these heady, esoteric teachings, my biggest lesson has been that they all lead back to the same path - the path of embodied Love and Oneness.

The esoteric and the intellectual exploration of the universe creates the Masculine structure and container that we then get to fill with the Feminine wisdom of feeling and deep connection.

In the end, all humans are wired to connect and return to Oneness, and our wounds are just the alchemical points we get to transform to come back to that connection.

I’m here to create that container with you, and hold space for your own exploration of Self.
