• The First step is an in-depth assessement to gauge if the seeker is elegable for our sitter services. This is for the safety and care of all involved

• Minimum 4 sessions of prep work required, with the average consult lasting 1-2 hours each.

• At least 2 of these sessions need to be in person, but zoom consults may be considered for the first 1-2 consults - but the connection of meeting in person is vital to this level of depth.

• There is no gaurenteed number of sessions to decide if the client is ready, and it may take longer than first intended. Readiness is key and this is a process that can’t be rushed. The sitter will advise you on timing as they grow more familiar with you.

• The sitter may decide to decline to sit with you if they feel there is a reason pertaining to your heath, safety or well being.

• Once you and your sitter are confident in your readiness, its time to set a date.

• Not unlike one would set out a birth plan with a midwife, we create a detailed plan based on your preferences - the sitter helps advise you on this.

• Music, soft lighting, an eye mask, and ceramonial intention setting are all part of the journey. The facilitator will take care of all of this for you.

• You must have a ride home if the location is outside of your home, as you will not be allowed to drive.

• After care and post trip integration should begin immediently so the important points are not forgotten.

• Integration may be a long process that you may work through for a long time.

• We’re here to set you up for a positive experience, but things may always become more difficult than anticipated, and other mental health providers may need to be brought in. So please budget for possible sessions with a psychotherapist if interventions are needed.

This is a stand alone service for those who have had previous psychedelic experience and would like to do some integration work with a guide who can listen and support you in grounding your experience into your life.

Not everyone wants, or needs, to take such a heroic dive into the altered state of a psychedelic trip, however, all plants work to change our conciousness - even something as subtle and humble chamomile.

This offering is for those who would rather take a more subtle approach to their psychospiritual, and nervous system health. Use of gentler plants, or flower essences are what we’ll explore here.
